ciao!

first italian post!

I'm chilling in my school right now, using the free internet and a/c. it is BRUTTALLY hot right now, I hate to complain but it's just ridiculous. After you shower you never get dry you just end up getting immediately wet again from the sweat; you drink tons of water and hardly ever pee. The bugs aren't that bad though, I've really only gotten bit on one arm, which is funny to me (the left one). hmm what to say...
our apartment is really cool, it's ooooold, with beautiful tile floors and really high ceilings. I love the windows, they're so complex with different shutters and different locks and latches and almost all of them have at least 2 things that open, the glass part on the inside and then shutters on the outside and a lot of the shutters have doors on them that also open. I'm starting to get used to all the things that are just slightly off like that, instead of being intrigued by it, which I can't tell if is good or not (bad sentence). I know I'll get accustomed to it, so I guess it's just a matter of time. my apartment is one block away from the Duomo and one of the bedrooms has a view of it that is RIDICULOUS. I'll try to get some pictures up soon, but I don't have a cable so I need to borrow someone's. I put a few on flickr I took from staci and some are tagged on fb.
